How does the program work?

After you join, you'll get access to the initial course materials (sample meal plans, recipes, sample workout plans, mindset tips, etc.) that you need to lose weight and keep it off. Plus, you'll receive new modules to further help your progress and help you burst through plateaus. For the next 3 months, I'll invite you to join me on weekly live calls so we can go through the material together and you can ask your questions. You'll get a schedule of when the live calls will happen, but if you can't attend, you can review the recording later and ask your questions then.

Sounds fake... How can you eat more and lose weight??

Calorie density is the concept behind the strategy I used that allowed me to eat more and lose weight. When I say more, I don't mean I ate more traditional cookies and and traditional pizza (i.e., high calorie dense foods) and lost weight. I mean I ate a greater volume of low calorie-dense foods (ice cream made out of bananas, literally all the sweet fruit I care for, and huge delicious salads and veggie dishes). The key is fruits and vegetables, preferrably raw. Once I started to figure out how to do it correctly (which is what I'll be teaching in this free 90-day program), the weight just fell off and I felt more satisfied and satiated than I had ever felt before. I also had more energy and a better mood. 1:1 clients who followed the same style also reported feeling more energy and better mood. The proof is in the pudding, if you're willing to try it out.
